Goldberg & Associates offers specialized consultation services, carefully tailored to the unique needs of our clients; and to their legal representatives.
1. Client Consultations:
We provide a free initial consultation for clients.
To ensure a focused and productive session, clients will be required to fill out a preliminary information form available on our website.
This consultation is limited to 60 minutes, offering clients an insight into the scope of our services.
2. Follow-Up Consultations:
For any follow-up conversations subsequent to the initial free consultation, a deposit of $500.00 is required in advance, billed at a “ one-time “ hourly rate of $500.00.
If the duration of this follow-up conversation is less than an hour, then a prorated refund will be issued for any unused time.
Additional Information pertaining to the $500. Deposit fee :
If the client retains our services for either purpose stated below then the deposit paid shall be refundable back to the client with the following terms:
- For an Evaluation Report: 50% of the deposit (or $250.00) will be deducted from the fee to be billed for this Report.
- For a Retainer Services Agreement: 100% of the deposit ($500.00) will be deducted from the Fee Agreement to be billed.
3. Lawyer-Client Consultations:
This consultation would include Goldberg & Associates, the client, and the client’s lawyer. It is designed to align legal strategies and consulting insights.
A non-refundable fee of $500.00, payable in advance, is required for this Lawyer-Client Consultation. This consultation has no limit pertaining to the time it might take to discuss the clients case.
