Evaluation Report
If you have a limited budget, and may only want the best advice with recommendations about what you can or should do in the current situation you are in, then ask for a full Evaluation Report.
The Evaluation Report involves a thorough forensic analysis of the client’s case including a comprehensive review of all of the relevant documents, along with multiple consultation interviews.
The goal is to provide the strategic recommendations to both a client, and or to the client’s lawyer.
The fee for an Evaluation Report is $5,000.00.
Retainer Agreement
For “ full service “ consultancy services a client can enter into a Retainer Agreement with Goldberg & Associates.
Our retainer fees are based on a “ one-time “ – Flat Rate Fee.
This fee is determined by the duration of time as outlined in the Retainer Agreement. For example: We offer a one-time flat rate fee for a 6-month or a 12-month retainer. You can inquire about this fee during a consultation.
